Sales Manager, Best Icon Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Best Icon Group is hiring a Sales Manager for its fashion store brand in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead sales activity in store, guide the team to deliver a strong customer experience, and help the brand grow its presence in the market. This role suits a confident retail sales leader who enjoys fashion and working closely with people. Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day sales operations for the fashion store and set clear sales priorities for the team. - Coach, motivate and support sales staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. - Monitor sales performance and use results to guide decisions on floor coverage, promotions and stock focus. - Work with the wider team to present the brand's collections in line with its fashion identity. - Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. - Ensure store standards, sales processes and reporting are followed accurately. Requirements - Proven experience in sales, ideally in fashion or retail. - Experience leading or supervising a sales team. - Strong interest in fashion and an understanding of current retail trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyse sales figures and act on them. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage in a diverse market like Dubai.
