Community guidelines

Draft for review by a qualified lawyer before launch. UAE law (including its cybercrime and defamation rules) treats false or insulting statements about people and companies seriously.

The short version

• Share your own experience and honest advice.
• Be respectful. No abuse, hate, or offensive language.
• Never name individuals (managers, colleagues, recruiters). Use roles instead.
• Do not accuse a person or company of a crime. Say what happened to you, in plain facts.
• Never ask anyone for money, deposits, a passport or bank details. Job seekers must never pay to get a job.
• No phone numbers, emails or links in posts unless an admin approves them (verified employers can include them in hiring news).

Company reviews

• Every review is read by our team before it is published. Nothing appears automatically.
• Reviews are shown without your name, only your connection to the company (for example “former employee”).
• Good: “My salary was paid two months late and I did not receive a written contract.”
• Not allowed: “The company is a scam and Mr X is a thief.” Accusations, names and speculation are rejected.
• You can delete your review at any time.

Reporting and removal

Use the Report button on anything that breaks these rules. If several people report the same item it is hidden until an admin has looked at it. We may remove content or accounts that break the rules or look like scams.

Anonymous posts

You can post anonymously. Other members will not see your name, but our moderators can see who wrote a post if it is reported, and we may share it with authorities where the law requires.
