Verified employers
On MJN Careers, jobs are shown to the public only if the employer has been verified. Here is what that means.
How an employer gets verified
- The employer signs up and gives its company name, country, city, contact person and phone.
- It uploads a trade licence. The licence is private: only the employer and our administrators can open it.
- A person at MJN Group reviews the licence and details and approves or rejects the company, with a reason if rejected.
- Only after approval do the company’s jobs appear publicly and the Verified badge show next to its name.
What the badge does not mean
- It means the company showed us a trade licence that we accepted. It is not a guarantee of any job, salary or working conditions, and not an endorsement by MJN Group.
- We do not read every sentence of every job. Use your own judgement, and read the scam-safety tips.
What happens if something is wrong
- Every job page has a Report this job button, and every community post, comment and review has a Report button. Reports are read by our team.
- If a company breaks our rules (for example by asking candidates for money), we remove its jobs and can withdraw its verification, which hides all its jobs again at once.
- Employers may never ask a candidate for a fee, a deposit or a passport.
