1. Free for candidates

MJN Careers is free for job seekers. No employer, agency or MJN Group may charge a candidate a fee to apply, interview, be placed or be hired. UAE law prohibits recruitment fees being charged to workers. If anyone asks you to pay, report it to us immediately.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You choose to be a Job Seeker or an Employer when you sign up. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Employers

• Employers must upload a valid trade licence. Jobs are public only after MJN Group approves the employer.
• Jobs must be real, lawful, state a salary range, and must not ask candidates for money, passport originals or bank details.
• We may remove jobs or accounts that breach these terms or look fraudulent.

4. Job seekers

Information in your profile and CV must be true. We do not guarantee interviews or employment.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping or copying of the platform, no fake jobs or fake applications, no harassment, discrimination, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Community and company reviews

• Posts, comments and reviews must be your own honest experience or opinion. See the community guidelines.
• You must not name individuals, accuse a person or company of a crime, share private information, post offensive material, or ask anyone for money.
• Company reviews are published only after an admin approves them, and are shown without your name. We may refuse, hide or remove any content, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
• You are responsible for what you write. If you post something unlawful or untrue, you, not MJN Careers, may be liable for it. We may disclose who wrote something where the law requires.
• You keep ownership of your content and give MJN Careers permission to display it on the platform while it is published. You can delete your posts, comments and reviews at any time.

7. Liability

MJN Careers connects candidates and employers. We are not the employer and are not party to any employment contract. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions or losses arising from dealings between users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the emirate where MJN Group is established.
